By accessing or using NoMakeupAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

NoMakeupAI is intended solely for personal, lawful purposes such as verifying the natural appearance of someone you are in good-faith communication with (e.g., a dating or social-media context). You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

You agree that any image you upload depicts a person who has consented, or whose photo is publicly available and used in a lawful manner. You may not upload images obtained through deception, hacking, or any other unlawful means.

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Bullying or harassment — using results to bully, mock, shame, humiliate, or harass any individual, online or offline.
• Public ridicule — sharing, posting, or distributing AI-generated results to publicly embarrass or ridicule any person.
• Stalking or intimidation — using the Service to track, stalk, or intimidate any person.
• Non-consensual use — processing images of individuals without lawful basis or implied consent.
• Hate or discrimination — using results to promote hate speech or discriminate based on appearance, race, gender, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic.
• Uploading images of minors.
• Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

The AI-processed images produced by NoMakeupAI are estimates and approximations. They are not guaranteed to accurately represent any person's appearance. Results must not be used as factual evidence or shared as representing the definitive appearance of any individual. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated output.

NoMakeupAI operates on a pay-per-use model. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for completed processing. If a technical error prevents delivery of your result, contact us and we will review the case individually.

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the image solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your images to train AI models or share them with third parties, except as required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoMakeupAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its results.

We take violations of these Terms seriously. If you believe someone is using this Service to bully or harass you or someone else, please contact us immediately. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving misuse of our platform.
